The format for citing books by more than two authors in footnotes:
First Reference1 1st Author’s First Name and Last Name et al., Title of Book (Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication), Page Number.
Subsequent References2 1st Author’s Last Name et al., Title of Book, Page Number.
