- If both volume and issue numbers of the cited journal are available, it is indicated as follows: “Journal Name Volume / Issue Number (Year): Page Number”. Example: Cumhuriyet Theology Journal 20/1 (June 2016): 44.
- If only the issue number of the cited journal is available, it is indicated as follows: “Journal Name Issue Number (Year): Page Number”. Example: Ulum Journal 3 (Spring 2016): 44-45.
- There is no need to the abbreviation “vol.” for the journals in volumes.
- If the journal is in print, there is no need to specify the web address.
- The DOI number is not used in footnotes. As for the bibliography, it is used with the prefix “https://doi.org/”.
