The format for citing dictionaries in footnotes:
First Reference1 Author’s First Name and Last Name, “Article Name”, Title of Book, ed. Editor’s First Name and Last Name, (Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication A.H./C.E.; Vol: Page Number.
Subsequent References2 Author’s Last Name, “Article Name”, Vol: Page Number.
