  • In EndNote software “Simplifier’s name” is entered in the field of “Simplifier”. As for Zotero, it is entered in the field of “Series Editor”.

  • When saving a publication of this type to EndNote and Zotero, enter number of volumes and editions in numerals in the field that indicated by “x” in the above examples. No need to indicate first edition of a work as “1. Edition”.

  • The authors whose first and last names are not separated, such as Ömer Seyfettin and Ahmed Cevdet Paşa, are entered to EndNote by adding one single comma (,) at the end of name. In Zotero, they are entered as they are without any punctuation mark.
