10. Writing of English Reference Titles

The titles of works, published in languages other than Turkish, Arabic and Persian, should be preserved in the same way as they are written on their covers or generics, they should not be written all in capital letters. If a title of a work is written in capital letters on its cover or generic, see Library of Congress website (https://www.loc.gov/books) how to write the titles in lowercase.

Example: Geschichte des arabischen Schrifttums[1]
